Return and Refund Policy

You can exchange or return unused products according to the following conditions within 14 days from the date you received the product.

Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging containing all original documents (instruction manuals, warranty cards, hangtags, etc). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

 

Shipping Costs for Replacement or Return

Delivery fees apply to any cancelled or returned orders if they have already been shipped.

The refunded amount will take place by the same payment method that you used in the purchase transaction ( cash or visa ).
Please bring your original receipt when visiting our store for an exchange or refund.

 

Non-returnable items

• Any accessories cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
